We all want to do life with a certain style and every choice we make will be unconsciously determined by how it will make us feel, think or look in some way. Every choice made will either lead to a behaviour of self soothing or a self care and growth. For example if I have a challenging day and get home I can open a bottle of wine, watch TV or I can lie on my shatki mat or I can journal what I experienced for 10minutes. The style of life that these different behaviours will contribute towards is very different.
Most people I meet suggest they would like a healthy energising lifestyle and recognise they need to take action in making choices and creating habits that support health and energy. This is not rocket science so why are so many people not living an energised healthy lifestyle? Why is there a continued lack of spark in the morning, and actions leading toward lifestyle diseases such as Alzheimer's, arthritis, atherosclerosis, asthma, cancer, chronic liver disease or cirrhosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, type 2 diabetes heart attacks, obesity and more happening every day?

After all, true style is unique, not a copy of someone else!
