What does the Leadership Development Program provide?
The way we work is changing, and employees and customers expect organisations to embrace both social and environmental responsibility. Because of this shift, there is a need for leaders to take real action, lead by example and inspire and challenge those who work with and for them.

As a leader of a team or business, it is important to understand how and what drives you, to understand how you stay energised so you can follow through on your commitments. To do this you need to know your biological code, to understand how to live in a way that supports, motivates and energises you.

Our leadership program allows you to fully understand your unique neurobiology so you can uncover your natural strengths and begin to work in a state of flow. Flow is that beautiful state where you are operating in a way that’s natural and easy - where everything just works!

Based on scientific principles of bio and neurodiversity, the program and content are tailored to your specific needs and involve a combination of group sessions, individual consultations and resources that allow you to deepen your understanding of who you are, your needs and how to effectively lead a team.

Overview of the Leadership Program

Stage 1: Exploration of your current state and circumstances, identifying and clarifying what you wish to gain and why. We bring your existing personal and business vision and values to the table and identify what needs addressing and updating.

Stage 2: Practical Assessment of your unique neurobiology determining your current physiological state, your strengths, what facilitates flow, understanding your creative genius and more. This involves some simple physical tests and detailed questions which can be undertaken in a virtual or in-person consultation.

Stage 3: Report and Recommendations bringing together the results with interpretation and discussion to meet the agreed outcomes and more.

Why do you need to know your code?

  • Understand the exact daily rhythm you were made for to thrive and succeed

Once completed you may wish to continue in mastery training or roll out a discovery process with your employees/team to enable a comprehensive Human Sustainability Strategy.
