More about Claire
With a diverse background in medicine, health, and endurance sports, I’ve spent my life obsessed with self-discovery and personal growth. Armed with a degree in physiotherapy, a Master’s in Advanced Manipulative Practice, and diplomas ranging from Medical Injection Therapy to Acupuncture and Fascial Release, I’ve built a strong foundation in both traditional and cutting-edge health practices. For much of that time, I lived a life prescribed by society—as a professional in the public health system, working towards owning a house and a pension, confined by the norms and expectations of others. More recently, I’ve expanded my expertise as a qualified personalised health coach, NLP practitioner, and internationally certified results coach.
Personally, I thrive on pushing my limits. I’ve competed in over 80 ultra-distance trail and mountain races around the globe, securing numerous podium finishes and top-10 results. I held a New Zealand record for female free diving at the 2020 Nationals and love adventure sports like paragliding, skiing, and biking. When I’m not moving, you’ll find me in the kitchen or diving into research on human performance, motivation, and personal development.
Diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia, and OCD, I’ve come to embrace my unique neurophysiology as a strength. My perfectionism, outcome-driven mindset, and internal approach to interpreting the world have allowed me to achieve success by understanding and meeting my genetic and epigenetic needs. This self-mastery has been transformative for me, and I’m passionate about helping others who are tired of trial-and-error approaches, ready to take control of their lives, and eager to achieve the success they’ve been striving for.
