We offer two types of SWOT assessments: a Physical SWOT and a Lifestyle SWOT.

At the end of each assessment, you will receive a report outlining your biological strengths and weaknesses (vulnerabilities), as well as the environmental opportunities and threats affecting your movement or life.

These assessments have been created to work independently or for the greatest impact, they can be done together.

Physical SWOT

What is it?

Duration: 60mins session to discuss your report

Output: SWOT report outlining your inherent physical strengths and vulnerabilities, details of the environmental factors that support or impact your performance and what to do with them. All your questions answered about your body and how it can move best.


Lifestyle SWOT

What is it?

Our Lifestyle SWOT assessment offers a comprehensive framework for individuals to gain deeper insights into themselves and their external environment, empowering them to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. By delving into our inherent strengths and weaknesses, rooted in our genetics, we uncover the natural predispositions that shape our behaviours and choices. Simultaneously, we explore external opportunities and threats, which present avenues for growth and potential challenges beyond our inherent traits.
